Sometimes life throws you curveballs. You might be on one path and then all of a sudden something happens. Maybe you become a mum, maybe your health changes, maybe your confidence drops, or maybe you feel like you're stuck in the wrong career path and want to make a change.
Dealing with change can knock you sideways.
Who are you now? What do you want to achieve? How do you find your inner confidence? How do you keep going further up the ladder when family life (or just life!) requires a steady work-life balance?
This event helped us to take control and stop apologising for who we are and what we need! It was an evening discussing how to flex your career for your here and now, and learn how to ask for what you need for the best chance of success. We discover tips to build confidence and learn how to own the room and your career path.
